Singapore's investigations have not found any incidence of RSAF aircraft violating international air traffic rules or entering Malaysian airspace without permission, Singapore High Commission in Malaysia said in a statement yesterday. "Where flights did exist, a number were non-Singaporean commercial aircraft flying over Malaysia according to international air traffic rules and regulations"

Airspace encroached by Singapore 2,508 times since 2008
- The Malaysian airspace has been encroached 2508 times since 2008 by the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), Defence Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said in written reply to Khairy Jamaluddin (BN Rembau). He also gave a breakdown of airspace violations : 2008 - 985 (average 164 monthly), 2009 - 1,286 (average 107 monthly), 2010 - 218 (average 18 monthly).
- From January to May 2011, 19 aircraft were detected with an average of four incidents a month.
So what actually did we do about it. Can they simply fly as they wish within our airspace, and why don't we shoot them down.
